Your are what you believe. We attract, gravitate towards, and become what we think about most. Change what you think and say to yourself, and you can change what you believe. Change what you believe then almost certainly you change your actions, which in turn will change your results. It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.

Often we don’t realize what’s holding us back for personal development. The answer is our limiting beliefs. With this simple exercise you can discover your limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering ones to continue your personal development.

With all the buzz going on, the question you need to ask yourself is – do you really need personal development? The simple fact is that we become adults learning for the most part what others believe we need to learn. There is an incredible expectation management issue as everyone relating to us has some idea about how we should be and what we should do. When it comes to personal development, this all about learning, developing and practising the skills and traits to be the best you can be. Most of the time we are unaware of our full potential. We manage our daily lives to meet and go beyond the expectations of our family, bosses, staff, partners, customers, community etc., but how well do you fare regarding self fulfilment ?
